Pre-entry Donation Fees:
- Non-Member Senior (Adult) Rider: $120
- Non-Member Junior Rider (18 and under): $80
- Smithtown Hunt Member Senior Rider: $80
- Smithtown Hunt Member Junior Rider: $50
Early Bird Special
Sign up before October 1st for $20 off you pre-entry donation.
Pre-registration closes Thursday, October 16 at 5:00 pm.
Day-of sign-ups are accepted with a $25 surcharge.
Rain Date & Refund Policy
- By registering, riders acknowledge that both the scheduled date and the designated rain date are valid event dates.
- All entry donations are final and non-refundable, including the rain date.
- Refunds will be issued only if the pace is fully cancelled, including both the scheduled date and the rain date.
- Rain date decisions will be announced by Friday at 12:00 noon. If the rain date is required, riders will be notified by email, with updates also posted on our website and social media.

Recommended Entrance: Gate B — LIE North Service Road (brick gatehouse)
Follow Smithtown Hunt signs to the designated parking area.
From the Long Island Expressway (I-495):
- Take Exit 39 (Old Country Road area) and merge onto the North Service Road eastbound.
- Stay on the service road, just north of the main LIE lanes.
- Look for the SUNY Old Westbury Gate B entrance, marked by brick pillars and signage.
- Enter and follow Smithtown Hunt signs to parking.
Event-day signage will also be posted at the Gate B entrance.
Alternate Entrance: Gate A — Main Campus (Route 106/107)
This route is available but less direct for trailers.
From the Long Island Expressway (I-495):
- Take Exit 41 North (Route 106/107).
- Proceed north about 1.5 miles.
- Turn left at the traffic light into the main campus entrance (Gate A).
- Continue straight and follow signs toward HorseAbility.
- Trailer parking and registration will be just past HorseAbility on your left.
