Correct Hunting Attire

Proper hunting attire is part of the tradition of fox hunting; it is rigidly conventional but the most practical under the conditions of weather and terrain. Some of the pleasures of hunting come from the traditional dress code.  Each hunt has its own hunting attire; the following is that which is worn by the The Smithtown Hunt.  The official color for The Smithtown Hunt is Purple.
